The first and only "marbleless" folder uses VIVAS (Vacuum Infeed Vacuum Alignment System)
Vacubelt instead of a suction wheel and Vacubelt instead of marbles in the parallel section. Conical wheels in the cross carrier guides allow for higher performance with precise register in the 8pp, 16pp and 32pp sections of the folder, without markings.
Self-learning MC micro-processor control for the sheet infeed calculates the optimal suction length and the smallest possible sheet gap.
