Marlton, N.J., July 5, 2017Jenco Productions, Inc., based in San Bernardino, Calif., offers mailing, fulfillment, bindery and packaging to the trade, serving customers across the U.S. and internationally. The company operates all-MBO equipment on the folding side, including a recently installed B30 Efficiency 4/4 Continuous buckle plate folder with A76 stream delivery. The second-generation family business is helmed by John Imbriani, who said the new folder promotes efficient, cost-effective production “by enhancing Jenco’s ability to handle long runs by maximizing the output per hour per person. When you have the ability to add equipment, you can use people in more efficient ways.”

The longtime MBO customer uses the new B30 to fold brochures of every description up to 50 inches in length in quantities of 500,000 to 30 million. With the aid of additional MBO equipment, which includes another 30×50” machine and six 26×40” machines with numerous 8-, 16-, and 32-page sections at the end of various equipment. The company folds everything from signatures, park maps, and brochures to PIs for the medical industry.

MBO’s B30 30” E folder is equipped with MBO Efficiency features for the 30” format. With MS Control, operators have easy access to machine functions at the push of a button, making the B30 E extremely easy to learn and operate. Because of its range of application options, short changeovers, precise folding, and solid durability, the B30 E is the ideal machine for printers and finishers working in the 30” commercial cut-sheet environment.

Building A Better Mousetrap

While both Jenco’s mailing and specialty packaging businesses are growth areas for the company, Imbriani also acknowledges a decline in the demand for traditional bindery services. “Profitability in the bindery means finding better ways to produce jobs in order to give customers the lowest possible price point,” he said. Jenco has achieved this, in part, by implementing a homegrown custom electronic workflow to minimize human touchpoints, make more efficient use of company resources, and increase throughput. In this way, the company has eliminated 80 percent of the paperwork involved in creating an electronic job ticket that flows with the order through completion and delivery. “We want our customers to do as little work as possible,” Imbriani said.

He also expressed the sometimes contrarian view that “Finding better, more efficient ways to get things done doesn’t always entail ultra-high-tech equipment.” When job requirements warrant, for example, Jenco often employs a combination of machine and handwork for certain jobs, such as hand-inserting brochures into folders or assembling a boxed set to hold DVDs.

Established in 1998, Jenco Productions is a certified women’s business enterprise (WMBE) employing up to 4000 individuals in three facilities located in San Bernardino and Heber, Calif., and Mexicali, Mexico.

New Survey Finds MBO Leads Postpress Finishing Pack in Value for Investment

MARLTON, NJ, May 8, 2017 – MBO commands a leadership position among the top four postpress finishing brands, according to a recently completed survey of commercial and packaging providers conducted by NAPCO Research. The survey sample was comprised of commercial and packaging printers, up to 20 percent of whom expressed plans to purchase a digital finishing solution within the next 12 months.

The survey, which ranked finishing companies by brand awareness, build quality, and price perception, showed that MBO consistently ranks among the top postpress finishing suppliers across all of the categories, including a first-place overall ranking by both commercial and packaging printers. Because the NAPCO Research analysis ranked MBO in the first tier for brand awareness and build quality but significantly below its top-tier competitors in the industry on price, the relative rankings point to better value for the money offered by MBO solutions.

Results of the NAPCO survey confirm MBO’s leadership in digital finishing for the transactional, direct mail, and commercial markets,” said company CEO James Martin. “MBO consistently strives to generate added value for printers and finishers looking to increase their throughput and expand their market reach, while realizing significant savings in labor and associated costs.”

Answering A Wide Variety of Customer Needs

According to the survey, seven in 10 commercial and packaging printers believe the current trend in finishing relies on digital solutions from start to finish, either by integrating variable data via inkjet on offset-printed shells, or by eliminating offset altogether. “As the demands of the market change, The MBO Group continues to design and build cutting-edge digital finishing technologies.

For example, both commercial and packaging respondents cited obstacles to full digital utilization that included ink cracking during finishing processes and cumbersome makereadies that impede efficient short-run production.  This is especially apparent in folding or die cutting applications.

MBO addresses the former concern with specialized tooling, while while integration of the 12,000 sph Bograma BSR 550 Servo Rotary Diecutting System with  inline waste removal and makereadies under 20 minutes helps boost efficiency and speed short-medium run production.

Coincidentally, the NAPCO survey also revealed that nearly half of commercial printers and one-third of packaging printers have integrated or are currently researching the addition of diecutting to their digital workflows. For those still on the fence, MBO answers this need with a line of standalone and integratable rotary diecutters, including the BSR 550 Servo described above, that are perfectly suited for short-run boutique, luxury and cosmetic packaging, among other markets.

Modularity Is Key to New Markets

The MBO Group’s leadership as a manufacturer of endlessly configurable, modular digital

web finishing solutions dovetails perfectly with commercial printers’ interest in packaging and labels, variable data for personalization and direct mail, folding carton production, marketing collateral, and banners and posters. MBO expertise also answers packaging printers’ eagerness to evaluate the market for POS and flexible and label packaging.

Technologies of special note include:

  • Variable Finishing Technology from MBO, which lends users the ability to print and finish books of different formats and signatures off the same roll, or to produce variable page-count, saddlestitched booklets by reading a barcode off the printed roll.
  • Direct Mail Finishing Systems from The MBO Group, featuring modules from MBO, Bograma, and specialty finishing experts, Herzog+Heymann. By combining the versatility of the Herzog+Heymann mailing table with the speed and precision of MBO web-finishing equipment, this solution gives customers the ability to produce a huge range of direct mail products. Card affixing, tipping, plowfolding, gluing, and die cutting all can be incorporated to produce a simple direct mail piece or an elaborate variable content, pop-up self-mailer with variable content.
  • MBO Folding Carton Solutions, including the Stamina Folding Carton-Gluer, which produces blanks or completed cartons inline with any digital press or as a near-line solution. What makes the Stamina solution unique is its ability to match product inserts to the folding cartons – greatly reducing the chances of job mix-ups. Furthermore, MBO’s nickless rotary diecutting process represents an improvement over flatbed diecutting by eliminating extra production steps traditionally needed to remove scrap and refine the product edges.
  • MBO’s modular approach to pharmaceutical finishing. Specialty finishing equipment from Herzog+Heymann is 100 percent compatible with MBO web finishing modules and enables the processing of ultra-lightweight paper used in pharmaceutical inserts, outserts and PI work. With the vast array of modules in its product portfolio, MBO can offer pharmaceutical finishing solutions from complex custom packaging to simple miniature folded inserts.

MBO America Fills Void in Postpress Market with New BSR 550 Basic Rotary Die Cutter

Best-in-Class Quality and Performance are Now More Attainable Than Before Including: 5 Minute Make Ready, Nickless Precision, Inline Waste Matrix Removal
NEW JERSEY, USA – When MBO America debuts the BSR 550 Basic rotary die cutting system at Labelexpo Americas next month, the majority of label, package, and commercial print providers will have the opportunity to buy the die cutter that’s been missing from the market: a solid, high-performance machine offering premium benefits – such as the fastest make-ready in the category — for both digital and offset, and at a price the majority can afford.

Fastest Make-Readies for Shorter and Shorter Runs
The BSR 550 Basic is an all-in-one rotary die cutting system designed for the mainstream 20 × 29” cut sheet market. A key innovation in the system’s design eliminates manual production steps, resulting in 5 minute make-readies. This industry-exclusive benefit substantially improves productivity and turn-around times, especially as the industry demands shorter runs.
MBO America will show the BSR 550 Basic, built by the same engineers who designed the high-end BSR 550 Servo rotary die cutter, in its Labelexpo exhibit located in hall F, stand #6165; directly adjacent to the digital finishing pavilion.
The BSR 550 Basic’s advanced engineering and versatility allows printers to produce
• mailings,
• presentation folders,
• business cards,
• greeting cards,
• folding carton blanks,
• tags and labels, and
• many other products in a one-up or multi-up production setting – thanks to an improved infeed, easy change magnetic die cylinders, and tool-less components at the waste stripper, 5 minute make ready times are achievable.

“The BSR 550 Basic name has star power in the market because it not only offers premium quality features, it does it all at a price point that allows entry into the efficient rotary die cutting market,” says Lance Martin, Director of Sales, MBO America.
“Current production trends require short runs, fast make-ready, and even variable data,” he says. “The BSR 550 Basic meets these needs head on at an entry level price.”

The Cleanest, Fastest, Make-Ready
The BSR platform’s exclusive, integrated waste removal strips out the matrix and internal scrap inline with no touches – eliminating messy and time-consuming manual steps. Instead of traditional methods required in other systems, such as separating the waste matrix from the product with a hammer and chisel and then grinding the resulting rough edges, the system uses dies that cut clean through the sheet, producing a perfect edge without nicks, and allowing waste to fall away instantly as the desired product advances downstream.

The BSR 550 Basic offers:
• Integrated pile feeder, waste removal, and shingled stream delivery
• New infeed system – 4 Tornado Vacuum Wheels for additional control at the infeed
• Flexible Die Technology with quick change magnetic die cylinders
• Patented Bograma sheet registration at die cylinder resulting in unmatched cut accuracy
• 8,000 cycles/hour (approximately 110 m/min)
• Sheet ejection prior to die if alignment is impossible
• Minimum workable format size: 11 7/8 Inch X 8 1/4 Inch (297mm X 210 mm)
• Maximum workable format size: 21 1/2 Inch X 29 1/2 Inch (550 mm X 750 mm)
• Minimum workable thickness: 80 gsm
• Maximum workable thickness: 0.5 mm
• Touch screen display
• Weight: 2800KG
• Dimension: 207 inch (5234mm) L x 53 inch (1335mm) W

Best-Fit Environments
The BSR 550 Basic is perfectly suited to commercial offset and/or digital commercial printers, packaging, folding carton, and a seemingly infinite number of specialty markets, including:
• Photobooks
• Presentation Folders
• Business Cards
• Tag & Label
• Garment Label
• Paper Products (booklets)
• Direct mail
• Gaming
• Tickets

MBO Reports On-Site Sales of Digital and Traditional Postpress Equipment at Drupa

Press- and line-independent modules can be connected and set up in numerous configurations

Philadelphia — July xx, 2016 — MBO announces success at the world’s largest industry trade show for print, packaging, and cross media solutions. In drupa’s first few days alone, multiple orders for several of MBO’s modular folding and delivery systems were signed. The modules are production line independent, making it possible for operators to build lines for all types of jobs, on an as-needed basis.

Finish First: Advancements in Speed
MBO’s Finish First show theme was indicative of the fast and powerful, machinery on display throughout drupa.

New Signature Delivery Systems by MBO
MBO presented three new delivery systems: the A10, A7-Digital and A700.

A10 Log Stacker –– The new A10 Log Stacker delivery system provides extremely rapid and fatigue-free processing of folded signatures, with just one operator.

A7-Digital Signature Delivery System – The A7-Digital Signature Delivery System was designed specifically for use with MBO’s digital book block production equipment. The powerful A7-Digital can be used to deliver signatures and book blocks – without markings – at high speeds, and can add spot glue along the spine to ensure easy handling at the delivery.

A500/A700 Stacking Delivery — The new A500/A700 Stacking Delivery by MBO is ideal for delivering different formats of folded product in a single stack, or multiple-up sheets in separate stacks. This delivery system was previously branded under the Palamides name as the well-known alpha 500/alpha700.

The K8-RS by MBO: Ultra-fast Folder is Core Component of the Latest, Fastest Production Lines
The K8-RS is the fastest folder in its class and it is the core postpress module for several of MBO’s high-speed production lines. Built upon the K8 platform, the K8-RS and K8-RS Digital were presented at drupa, as each is suited for different applications. Features include:

• RS Technology Package: With the Running Speed (RS) upgrade, the K8 gains a 20% speed boost and is capable of 275 m/min. The RS package makes the K8-RS Combi-Folder the perfect module for bookbinders and print shops folding over 45 million signatures a year.
• Modularity: One combination of modules includes the K8-RS Combi-Folder and the all new A10 Log Stacker, which together allow printers to produce signatures at unprecedented speeds. This particular combination is known as the Monza system, and is especially appealing to the largest book printers.
• MBO Automation: With MBO Automation, an operator needs only to enter the job specifications, and the K8-RS will calibrate the fold plates and fold rollers itself. Operators can also store repeat jobs and call them up as needed via touchscreen control.

Additionally, the K8-RS Digital is for use in MBO web postpress systems, including variable book block production. The K8-RS Digital has no infeed system and a specialized register table in order that it can be used inline with MBO web finishing equipment. Thus, MBO RS Technology is available to both cut-sheet and web systems.

MBO Introduces CAP Initiative and Shows 11 New Postpress Lines at drupa 2016 Production Expertise, Customization, and Modularity Seal the Deal, Customers Say MBO Brings Every Postpress Advantage to Printing, Converting, and Packaging
Germany – May xx, 2016 – MBO, the worldwide finishing and folding leader, will show 11 different finishing lines — including the new LeMans and Monza Signature Production Systems; the K8-RS Digi-Folder, the world’s fastest folder and latest module for digital web finishing; and new delivery systems – at drupa 2016. The pioneer of modular systems not only offers the latest, most flexible, and reliable equipment – each compatible in countless configurations – it is also presenting its exclusive, Customer Advantage Program (CAP). CAP formalizes the company’s proven, full-scale production assessment and set of recommendations that substantially optimize postpress configurations for digital, offset, and specialty workflows.

MBO will be located in Hall 6, Booth B40 at the Messe in Dusseldorf, home of drupa from May 31 through June 10, 2016.

The CAP Program: Honoring the Customer Experience
Focus on the customer, and the customer experience, is central to MBO culture. Accordingly, MBO not only pioneered modular finishing in 2012, it was one of the first postpress manufacturers willing to customize solutions for end-customers as well as partners.
To make it easier for customers to understand MBO’s approach, the company has formalized its 3-part assessment and recommendation approach as CAP, for Customer Advantage Program.
The 3 unique advantages in the CAP program are:
1. The Finish First operating philosophy, where MBO analyzes production workflows from a finishing perspective and encourages printers to take a holistic approach when considering a new press.
2. Modularity, a flexible engineering approach pioneered by MBO, gives printers the ability to change-out different types of postpress equipment easily and quickly, for use across traditional and digital devices and applications. Operators simply roll modules into place when changing job types. Being able to integrate components allows numerous finishing steps to be integrated into one line, eliminating touches by consolidating staging for each production down to one setup – thus reducing overall setup times and increasing operational efficiency.
3. Customization. The advent of digital printing compounded the challenges of providing a variety of print and packaging formats, and shops worked to corral digital front ends, workflow, and color — to name only a few affected processes.

MBO got in front of the challenge by working with OEM press suppliers and printers, to insure that new digital equipment could fit into offset, hybrid, and digital shops with the least upheaval.
The company soon built a development infrastructure that could accommodate the need for specialized systems, and not long after attained the ability to customize any configuration – even for individual sites — in a cost-effective manner.
Running Live at drupa: New Equipment and Postpress Lines

New: The Fastest Folder is Now Modular
Postpress operations can now add the world’s fastest folder to any production line – whether digital or offset – with the next generation K8-RS Digi-Folder. MBO pioneered the highly cost-effective, modular approach that gives printers the ability to mix-and-match postpress equipment.

The world’s fastest folder, MBO’s web-fed K8-RS Digi-Folder (new digital version details, below), makes its drupa debut by demonstrating the speed and versatility of MBO’s exclusive modular approach to finishing.

The K8-RS Digi-Folder will be shown in live job-changeover demonstrations, so that visitors will see, first-hand, how automation greatly improves make-ready times.

The K8-RS Digi-Folder is the latest module to be added to MBO’s web-finishing product mix. Based on the K8-RS High Speed Folding System, the K8-RS Digi-Folder is a folding module that brings the advantages of MBO’s RS (rapid speed) technology to the web-finishing market. With unprecedented speed and automation, this module is ideal for printers running short, medium, or long run signature applications from any web up to 30 inches wide. As with most MBO web-finishing modules, the K8-RS Digi-Folder can be configured inline or nearline, with a wide range of other MBO modules and deliveries.

The High-Speed Web Book, Magazine, And Catalog Finishing System line, featuring the K8-RS Digi-Folder module from MBO will be running live at drupa 2016. This particular adaptation of the K8-RS platform is specifically engineered for digital book block production and/or analog signature production.

Specialty solutions from MBO Subsidiary
Four lines at this year’s show highlight specialty finishing systems from MBO’s subsidiary, Herzog+Heymann. Creasing and grooving finishing technology, a Vario packaging line for merging individual sheets, and new pharmaceutical postpress technology will all be on display.

The highly flexible Stamina line – a folding carton system with an integrated rotary die cutter from Bograma AG – will be running live at the MBO stand. By combining the rotary die cutting and folder-gluer processes, printers gain the ability to produce “nickless” folding cartons in one pass, eliminating the need for additional production steps like refining. The combination also eliminates transfers and staging between the die cutting and folder-gluer processes because this occurs inline, giving printers a streamlined folding-carton process.

The Stamina line also features an integrated camera system that can match pre-printed inserts to the folding carton job, greatly improves job integrity as it practically eliminates the possibility of accidental job mixing.

New Delivery Systems
A postpress system can only run as fast as the operator is able to handle the finished product, making delivery system technology critical to the postpress process. This is why the MBO Group has developed three new delivery systems, which are engineered to make the operator’s job easier.

These stacking delivery systems from MBO feature a wide range of postpress technology including automatic format recognition, automated sheet ejection, and an ergonomically designed delivery table for easy access and product handling. Thanks to MBO’s modular approach to postpress, each of these deliveries is compatible with many different MBO modules.

New delivery systems to be unveiled at Drupa 2016 include:

A10 Log Stacker – Paired with the LeMans and Monza folding systems (see below), the A10 Log Stacker makes it easy for operators to handle high-volume signature production at high-speeds by bundling signatures together in an easy to handle log. Its intuitive design and automated features make the A10 extremely operator-friendly – so much so that one operator could effectively manage two finishing systems equipped with the A10 Log Stacker.

A700 Automated Stacker – Configured at Drupa inline with the M80 Flexible Folding System, the A700 Delivery is a highly versatile delivery system ideal for signatures, direct mail, and any number of commercial postpress applications.

A7-Digital Signature Stacking Delivery – The A7-Digital Signature Stacking Delivery is designed specifically for the digital postpress market, and is ideal for book block or signature applications. By spot gluing along the spine, the A7-Digital delivers glued book blocks that maintain integrity when being handled in subsequent processes. Drupa attendees will be able to see the A7-Digital delivery inline with the K8-RS Digi-Folder Book, Magazine, and Catalog Web Finishing System.

New High Speed Signature Processing Lines

LeMans and Monza: High Speed Signature Processing
The MBO Group is proud to unveil two new high-speed signature production systems: LeMans and Monza. Both systems are for printers running high-volume signature applications. The all new A10 Log Stacker is paired with these machines to allow operators the ability to run at higher speeds by building banded signature bundles at the delivery stage – making it much easier for one operator to keep up with the production of a high-speed system.

LeMans – Developed from scratch, the LeMans Signature Processing System features the all new K10 Folder inline with an A10 Log Stacking Delivery. The MBO LeMans system represents the pinnacle of industrialized signature folding production.

Monza -Developed off the K8-RS high-speed folder, the Monza Signature Processing System takes signature folding one-step farther than its predecessor by pairing the K8-RS technology with the A10 Log Stacking Delivery System.

…and More of the Company’s Popular Finishing Systems in Action
More of the company’s postpress technology will be on display during the show. This includes, but is not limited to: MBO M80 technology; MBO Buckle Folding Machines; MBO Combi Folding Machines; and more.

  •   Trend Offset Printing Corporate Profile

Trend Offset Printing, privately held and with headquarters in Los Alamitos, California; was founded in 1955 and operates full-service, heatset and open web printing facilities in California, Texas and Florida. Using the most modern technology and strategically located plants, Trend provides high-quality printing, rapid turnaround times and innovative solutions for retail, healthcare, and financial services clients in the direct mail, publishing, retail, and catalog industries.

Trend also offers a full-service mail operation with both inline and offline solutions for both local and national customers. With Trend staff pre-processing all classes of mail, which allows them to optimize postage; and all facilities located within 20 minutes of US Postal Periodical Bulk Mail Centers, which allows the company to maximize mailing hours; Trend is able to generate significant savings for its clients.

  •   Goal and Requirements

Trend Offset Printing produces a wide range of products including  publications, direct mail, retail, catalogs, and more all under one roof; and about 50 million direct mail pieces a week. One particular area with increased demand was to create more personalized campaigns so that marketers can target repeat buyers, and even new customers.

1- Finish ANY piece in one-step
2- Finishing system must be highly versatile

  • In researching finishing options, the team began visiting organizations that used different postpress solutions, from different brands. In one case, the company was in the midst of replacing a postpress device out that was not sufficiently capable of processing the work in progress.  At another location, the Trend team was told unwinders were being replaced with new units that can better handle large diameter rolls. “We visited numerous sites,” Bryant says, “and the smoothest running were using MBO. These locations were in production, running fast, and the systems were flawless. Everywhere else we were told of problems with different pieces of their lines. Bryant notes that a consultant he involved concurred, saying that MBO is an excellent choice.

As a high volume printer, Trend was looking for a finishing line that could handle the volume of two presses by adding capabilities to, instead of replacing, the line they have, to gain additional speed and functionality.

    MBO Becomes the Clear Winner

“After many recommendations from people in the industry,” Bryant says, “we met with MBO to discuss our finishing needs.  We started by sharing numerous direct mail and variable data advertising that we received at home, to show the type of work that we like to offer our customers. We become stronger by helping our customers become stronger.

“We become stronger by helping our customers become stronger.”

–John Bryant, Trend Offset Vice President, Digital Marketing Services

“As we gained knowledge and became better educated on what MBO could help us do, MBO began to become the clear ‘winner’,” Bryant says. “MBO’s heavy duty equipment, their willingness to help us problem-solve, and their immediate responses to our phone calls and questions put them at the top.”

Another major MBO advantage that Trend was particularly interested in is the modularity of MBO solutions. MBO refers to the concept of its modularity as a “Parking Lot” philosophy where, depending on the job format, different pieces of MBO equipment can easily be rolled in and out, as needed, to fulfill job demands.

This concept is a major advantage for MBO customers, who can then easily, and quickly, change out equipment to “custom-fit” different jobs. Given this, Trend can pick and place the equipment for the appropriate application, thus allowing the company to expand these systems into other application areas.

“MBO doesn’t make a ‘solution in a box’,” says MBO America Director of Sales, Lance Martin. Companies like Trend can use our solutions in different combinations, and sometimes with specialized, custom integration, to fit whatever environment they require. While the products are sometimes automated and sometimes manual, MBO solutions are always flexible; and can therefore meet each customer’s specific needs.”

In fact, Trend eventually implemented almost one of everything that MBO manufactures.

“John and his team put together a highly versatile and future-proofed line, which will create endless possibilities for customers and even more opportunities for everyone involved.”

“The team put together a highly versatile and future-proofed line, which will create endless possibilities for its customers and even more opportunities for everyone involved.”

–Lance Martin, MBO America Director of Sales

Bryant has been in the industry a long time, and has worked with a wide range of manufacturers. Knowing the type of equipment available in the space, he says, “We couldn’t have built the type of line that we built using anything but MBO’s modular equipment. We would have had to partner with multiple companies, over various locations, and invested much more to even come close. The return just would not have been there for us, and the line simply would not have existed as precisely as we needed it to.”

    Clear Skies Ahead

To accommodate growth since the addition of the digital division, Trend has added the 15th building on its 18-acre campus. The new building is also housing a dedicated showroom called the Digital Print Studio, where partners like Canon and MBO can bring customers and showcase their capabilities in an environment highly-controlled for optimum quality and speed.

The sophisticated MBO line will go live at Trend headquarters at the end of April, just ahead of Trend’s exciting Open House demonstration, where visitors will be able to see the new technology at the studio.

“There begins our journey,” Bryant says. “Our first job is already slated a week after installation. After that, Trend is anticipating smooth sailing and a full schedule ahead.

“We are confident in our decision to go with MBO, and have gone through much careful planning to put this line together. We know this is the beginning of something great.”

By integrating the nickless rotary die cutting process and the folder-gluer process, printers minimize product staging and reduce the total number of setups in the finishing process.

  •    “Smart” Folding Cartons
The MBO Group’s Stamina Folding Carton Solutions can produce blanks or completed cartons inline with any digital press or as a near-line solution. What makes the Stamina solution unique is its ability to match product inserts to the folding cartons – greatly reducing the chances of job mix-ups occurring.  This gives printers the ability to produce folding cartons with inserts at the highest level of job integrity.  Furthermore, the BSR 550 Servo rotary die cutting process allows products to be made without any holding points, or “nicks.” Nicks are required for flatbed die cutting to hold the product during transport, but they create flaws around the edges of the product and require subsequent production steps to remove the scrap and refine the edges. With the “nickless” product coming off the Stamina’s integrated rotary die cutting process, these additional steps are completely eliminated from production.
