177 VERTICAL STACKING DELIVERY

Bograma expands the BSR family of rotary diecutters to include a configuration specifically for B2 sheet size, folding carton production.

This system includes two diecutting stations to allow for a more traditional two-step cutting/scoring method. Register is impeccable, setup is very fast and stripping is all inline making the system perfect for the fast turn, short run printing and packaging environment. Configure as shown in the gallery below with a pile stacker or integrate directly with H+H / MBO finishing modules such as the 091.1 folder gluer, tip-on units or other delivery systems. Huge advantage over flatbed diecutters because the process does not require nicks and provides a clean product with no additional labor. The magnetic flexible dies can thru-cut, kiss cut, perforate, crease and emboss and are widely available from many die tooling manufacturers.

This unit turns the product vertical as it stacks to form an easy to handle stream that has a greatly reduced build rate. A kicking assembly can help mark batch counts so the operator can be more efficient. The 177.1 is available in two versions, a mobile unit (used by most) and a hang-on unit.

Both units come with independent self-control, which allows it to be used in a wider range of configurations including lines with older machines or machines from other suppliers.

The mobile version has an easy height adjustment to fit to different machine exits for a wide range of applications. Designed by specialty finishing experts, Herzog+Heymann, the 177 Vertical Stacking delivery is a robust unit capable of 24/7 operation in high volume facilities.
