This versatile machine is suited to many products including thin or thick sheets to be folded, scored, or embossed, pharma, packaging, label and digital printing, mailings, advertising supplements, booklet labels, folders, greeting cards, folding cartons labels and many other products in a one-up or multi-up production fashion. Unlike flatbed diecutters, the process does not require nicks in the sheet to hold the products together as the sheet moves through the machine. This allows the waste to be stripped out automatically producing a “nickless”, high quality product – which eliminates the need for further stripping or blanking labor. The magnetic flexible dies can thru-cut, kiss cut, perforate, crease and emboss and are widely available from many die tooling manufacturers.
