Removing the scrap matrix can be challenging with high speed diecutters. The SH 550 accepts the scrap matrix from the inline stripping station and automatically chops, conveys and places the scrap in a bin of choice. As an option, a vacuum extraction duct can be connected to the SH 550 and the scrap can be air conveyed to the house separator system. The SH 550 is an additional step towards reducing labor and operator intervention in the diecutting process.
